Analyzed yield patterns across 8 major estates in Johor and Sabah over 18 months. Identified processing inefficiencies costing RM 2.3 million annually and recommended targeted interventions that improved extraction rates by 3.2%.

Developed a pricing model tracking 15 global commodity exchanges and regional competitors. Provided quarterly market reports to 12 rubber cooperatives, helping them time exports and negotiate better contracts. Average price improvement: RM 0.18 per kg.
